Description:
This case is made of wood and housed a violin made by Carmen Elliott in 1911. Found in the case was an empty envelope from a set of string manufactured in Germany. Also found in the case was a plastic pouch from the Hudson's Bay Company that was being used to hold a set of string. The violin bow is attached to the top of the case.

The case is made of wood and has been painted black. It is lined with a faded orange felt.
